Autumn Place & Willow Creek Communities are part of several public housing redevelopment projects designed by SGB Architects for the East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority. Constructed on the site of the demolished 100-unit Hospital Plaza, Willow Creek is a 42-unit low density townhome community design incorporating green and sustainable features. The townhome solution creates a “pride of place” and defensible space that was lacking on the existing property, contributing to a stronger neighborhood and lower maintenance costs for the EBRHA.
