South Pointe Place is a new elderly housing complex for low income seniors providing a safe place to live independently and receive support services. The 3 story building includes multiple dayrooms and sitting areas, a large community room connected to a 2nd floor covered patio, a collaborative kitchen (and kitchens in every unit), administrative offices, maintenance shop, and an on-site managers apartment for 24 hour supervision. SGB Architects utilized highly accurate 3D modeling to show the client the final design before work began on the site.
