The Volunteers of America, a favorite client for over 30 years, contracted SGB to provide an addition to our original Desert Oasis project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Desert Oasis II is a 43 unit senior housing project funded by Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) built separate at the rear of the original 75 unit senior housing development.
