400+ units on 39 acres | Bossier City, LA | 2006-2012
The revitalization of Riverwood, also known as Eagle Pointe, involves planning a phased demolition of the existing units and constructing new units as a replacement. The target is to develop about 450 to 500 new units on the 39-acre site. Estimated re-development costs are between $30 to $35 million. The mix would be elderly and family, one, two and three bedroom units configured in a variety of housing types from single story quads for elderly, two and three bedroom townhouses and one and two bedroom two-story garden walkups.
